Biometric Statistical Analysis using R and R Studio

Biometric statistical analysis and intuitive response to questions using undertanding of statisitics and written code with comments in R and R studio. I need the questions and code to be written in an rmarkdown file using rstudio and upon completion be knitted in the program into a word document.
