Classification of the medical personnel in cases of medical support for ISIS in Syria

My paper aims to classify the medical personnel supporting ISIS in the Syrian war through the lens of International humanitarian law and the domestic law. There is a case of English medics supporting ISIS: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/mar/21/uk-medics-syria-test-for-british-policy The paper is a master theis in International Humanitarian law program. I will attach the structure of the thesis and some of the literature
