Culture, Business and Media in American Football and Soccer

I’ve already written the whole body, I need 8 to 10 pages of Literature review. This research examines the relationship between culture, business, and media in sports; specifically, football and soccer as football is the most popular sport in the US and soccer is the most popular sport worldwide. The primary approach is how the three elements affected and still affect each other. We will need first to understand the culture through sports and how above mentioned sports affect culture and individuals’ daily life. To explore culture, we will be using the concept of cultural metaphors and Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. Massive spectator involvement and the popularity of these two sports have resulted in business interference and changed these sports from simply being a game into a profitable business. Therefore, the media had no choice but to interfere to have its share of what became a very profitable business.
