Director Interview

Assignment 3 Field Experience Director Interviews: The student will need to visit and interview a director from two different programs at their sites: Subsidized child care/preschool program Fee based child care/preschool program Arrange to visit and interview two Directors of Early Childhood Programs. Use the form and list of questions (also located in Course Resources under Shared Documents) to ask about financial management, budgeting, use of computer software, utilization of resources, grant-writing, and fund raising. All questions must be asked and answered for full points. Using APA, prepare a paper of no fewer than three pages to discuss the each of the answers you received and compare the methods the Directors utilize. Use material from texts, lectures, etc. to support your statements. At the end of your paper reflect on any conclusions you drew from this process
