This biography should be based on the doctor! The biography will be written in THIRD PERSON. You are the narrator looking in on to the situation. You should not get too carried away. Though it is based on your dreams, all of the feats that you “claim” to conquer should actually be possible. Should include: Date and place of birth Family information (did your family influence you? Is your family important?) Lifetime accomplishments Major events of life Effects/impact on society, historical significance – why will you be remembered? Questions to seriously consider: o Was there something in your subject?s childhood that shaped his/her personality? o Was there a personality trait that drove him/her to succeed or impeded his progress? o What adjectives would you use to describe him/her? o What were some turning points in this life? o What was his/her impact on history? o What makes this person special or interesting? o What kind of effect did he or she have on the world? Other people? o What examples from their life illustrate those qualities? o What events shaped or changed this person?s life? o Did he or she overcome obstacles? Take risks? Get lucky? o Would the world be better or worse if this person hadn?t lived? How and why?
