Experiences That Predict Early Career Teacher Commitment to and Retention in High Poverty Urban Schools

I thought I would have time to write it, but I had so many other assignments to do. I have to analyze a quantitative research study. I have attached the assignment instructions as well as send you the pages of the book that I have to answer questions from, within the research paper (Ch. 23,pg. 610-612). This is my first semester of graduate school and the course is Intro to Educational Research. I still typically write at the undergraduate level so I am not looking for too big of words/too much of higher level thinking yet (if that makes sense). The study I chose was the first study on the list. I would say I write at a junior/senior undergraduate level.
