As discussed in Module 4, please read the following article as a starting point: Williams, Oliver. “The Modern Corporation: Origins, Evolution, Attributes,” Journal of Economic Literature, Volume 19, Issue 4, 1981, pp. 1537-1568. Please summarize the critical ideas discussed in the article and do more research to answer the following question: “WHY DOES THE MODERN CORPORATION EXIST” Please work independently and every one will work on the same topic.
