Comment on the transitioning fee-for-service to a value-based payment module and financial clearance for procedures impact the financial strength of the radiology department. Describe how the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) current procedure terminology (CPT) codes to determine what codes can be eliminated or bundled together impacts exam volume and reimbursement. Population Health management d. Quality 2. Evolution of Outpatient Care and Radiology Centers Research and report on the evolution of outpatient care and radiology departments/centers. What are the driving forces behind the growth of outpatient care and standalone radiology centers and what are the advantages and disadvantages to patients and their families? What is the financial impact to radiology departments? 3. Servant Leadership Research and report on “Servant Leadership”. Define and include the 10 principles of servant leadership. Discuss the status of servant leadership in the healthcare delivery system. Compare and contrast if servant leadership in DI is different than in other industries. Define the value of servant leadership in DI and comment on the type of leaders who choose to be servant leaders. Requirement for Research Paper 1. Must use APA Style including: a. Title page b. Abstract c. Introduction d. Body e. Conclusion f. Reference page 2. The paper must be in Microsoft Word, double-spaced typed using one (1) inch margins on all sides.
