Social movement on the psychological mentality of foster kids

Curious on just having a 6-8 page paper edited, revised, corrected and make sure their is no plagiarism. I am short pages since i am unsure on what else to add in but I need to discuss the effects foster care has had on the culture, financial effects, psychological effects, and economic issues that families face putting their children up for adoption voluntarily or not.
