Calculating NPV etc for a hydrogenplant

An existing hydroelectric company is contemplating investing in a new business case. The case is an investment in a hydrogen production, storage and transportation technology to offer smaller off-grid hydroplants to distribute electricity. With some given data I have to create a cash flow and answer the two following questions: a) What is the maximum investment amount the company can incur before the net present value becomes negative? Conduct an analysis showing how the net present value will be effected by varying investment amounts. Show this also graphically.
