Revision Policy

Assignments Den ensures that students are supported on a 24/7 hour basis through our online customer support service. This means that students can coordinate with the tutors to ensure that the assignment is handled successfully, and that any misunderstandings are averted. Our strategy for writing assignments is to fully adhere to the order’s instructions. However, if these requirements are not met, then the student can ask for a revision. We strive to achieve client satisfaction; hence, below are the conditions applied;

• If the initial instructions were not adhered to fully, the student gets free, unlimited, revisions.
• Revisions are free; however, if the student requests for more work, an additional payment is required, in accordance with the new set of instructions.
• If the quality of the paper is low, a free revision is warranted.
• If you cancel your order before our professional tutor works on it, then a cancellation fee of 25% is imposed on the sum total agreed between you and this platform.
• If the tutor has already started to work on the order, then the student is granted two options; either to

1. Continue working on the order,
2. A deduction of the charge in accordance with the work done, in addition to a cancellation fee of 25% of the grand total agreed upon by you and us.

• Kindly note that the cancellation fees are levied because our team of professionals have to be compensated for the work they do.
