Isolation of the PBMC from whole blood and measurement of TNF using ELISA

I need a 1st class 2000 word report by 10th of November. Read the lab book for the experiment details and read read background information to writie the report. The data is shown in the standard curve file but some of it wasn’t successful hence class data should be used for analysis and evaluation to improve actual data should be made.
