Sources, Thesis and Intro for World War 1 Assignment

#1) Sources in MLA Source Assignment In preparation for our Research paper on World War I you are going to begin your search for sources. In this assignment you will select three secondary resources and one primary resource. These sources need to be scholarly and found in peer-reviewed books or articles. These can be found at the Valencia library on a virtual search. Many of the sources are electronic and can be accessed from the comfort of your own home! Information that is not acceptable are general knowledge websites. An example of a general knowledge website would be history.com or wikipedia. #2) Introduction and Thesis in MLA. Introduction and Thesis This assignment continues to build toward your research paper. For this part you are going to compose an introduction that includes your thesis statement. An introduction paragraph should be 4-6 sentences in length with your thesis statement explaining your position and what you will be writing about in your paper. Remember, don’t use “I” and be sure to explain what you will be writing about in your paper. If you have any questions please let me know.
