Write a personal and professional development plan for the next 12 month period

I need to demonstrate appropriate use of goal setting, as well as outlining any necessary skills development and pathways to allow you to achieve your development plan within the set 12 month time frame. Your plan must include an explanatory rationale justifying how your goals contribute to your personal and professional development as well aligning with your work place role and current organisational environment. Outline the ways in which your organisation will need to support you in order to achieve your goals, and suggest ways that your performance against the stated goals may be measured at the end of 12 months. This is designed to be a practical, live exercise which will be of value to both you and your employer. As such, you may wish to involve your line manager in the development of the goals, but this is entirely optional .
